Monday 6th July | 9-3pm | Snacks Provided | Visual Arts workshop included
A full-day holiday workshop designed for children aged 7-12 years who love to create, explore, and discover the world through art and drama.
Across the day, children will step into nature as both their studio and their stage. They'll use the landscape around them- the light through the trees, the textures underfoot, the sounds of the living world as the raw material for making something entirely their own. Through drama games, creative challenges, and outdoor play, children will discover how their bodies, voices, and ideas come alive in open spaces.
A visiting visual artist joins the group during the day, guiding children to look more closely at the natural world.
Nature Makers encourages curiosity, collaboration, and creative courage. Children are supported to take risks, follow their instincts, and tune into the environment and each other. There's time to move and make, to wander and wonder, to create alone and together.
Nature Makers is part of Playscape a creative playground where children are free to try things out, experiment, and explore alongside new peers in a safe and supported environment. There are no wrong answers here, only discoveries.
This is a joyful, unhurried day that weaves visual art, drama, and nature into one rich experience, giving children a chance to see the world a little differently and to leave their mark on it.
Where : Samford Village
When: Monday 6th July
Please note that we go ahead rain or shine as we have access to various undercover options.
