Thursday 24th September | 9-3pm | Snacks Provided
Game Makers is a holiday workshop for young people aged 10-14 who love to play and invent. Part game design studio, part drama workshop, part outdoor adventure where participants will spend the day making original performative games: experiences where the rules are yours, the world is built from scratch, and the other players are your audience.
Working in small groups, young game makers will design games that live in the body, in the landscape, and in the imagination. Games that need a villain, a twist, a map, a secret. Games that can only be played here, by these people, on this day.
By the end of the day, each group will have created something no one has ever played before and will hand it to their peers to bring to life.
This is theatre. This is play. This is Game Makers.
